Liked: Room choice over booking was not clear of i reserve a room with balcony or not. And i could not find any clue weather if i booked a room with balcony or not. At the check in the reception claimed i booked a room without balcony and they did not want to put me in a room with balcony. I had to downgrade to a smaller room. And my original booking was a suite room rate. During the check in i asked the price difference to be able to calculate the difference but again they did not want to share any price information. I prepaid to booking and i was down graded to smaller room without reducing my night price. Plus room has a door to the next room which all noises from the next room was totally inside my room. Every nite i had to call security to warn for curtesy. The hotel has 3 buildings with 2 no balcony rooms and one building with balcony and i guess the newest.. but over booking.com its impossible to find this detail.

Deceiving Photos, Felt Unsafe

Liked: The staff was wonderful. We were given a box of chocolates when we checked in since we had just gotten married. I like that you can communicate with the staff via text. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The photos of this hotel are VERY deceiving. The place is very run down. It looks like a landlord special. Everything is painted flat white with scuff marks everywhere. Dirty walls, dirty windows, rundown furniture on the balcony. Shower curtain rod was rusty. The hallways smelled moldy. The outside of the building was moldy. All around the hotel are other abandoned hotels and a large number of homeless people. The area felt very unsafe. I was worried about my car being parked there. I was upset that I paid as much as I did to stay there.

Liked: Good hotel, nice property! We were only there one night, so we did not get to use all the amenities. Beautiful view from our room!
Disliked: A little on the edge of town, so you would need to drive your car into town. It didn't bother us, just to be aware of!
