Disliked: No information in room in regards to internet/what features available in hotel. Restaurant menus. No robes in room, had to ring room service for them as well as only 3 English tea bags, which is not sufficient for 2 people for 2 nights. Bedside table had not been cleaned as wet marks from previous occupants still visible. No standing lamp in our room which is is pictured on your website. On second day the hot water was a murky shade of brown.

Liked: We liked the relaxed atmosphere in the lobby/bar area. Walking distance to the sky tower and the indoor pool and gym.

Great stay

Liked: Nice place, central, good parking.
Disliked: Neither of the power points next to the bed were working. Room 424. Annoying for charging phone over night.

Amazing

Liked: It was really comfortable and easy to walk to queen street and the staff was so welcoming and made me feel really good everything was amazing

Brilliant Stay

Liked: Space in room was brilliant. Clean and very functional for our family of 4.
Disliked: The beds weren't as comfortable nor big enough for x2 adults. Luckily we could fit an adult on each bed with one child each to be comfortable. I would suggest extra locks on doors inside rooms for extra measure of security. Our young child could open the door quite easily and escape the room.
