Liked: Inviting grounds and friendly staff.

The quality of service appears...

Liked: Good location for what we needed. have stayed here when we visit. have done so for 40 years.
Disliked: TV didn't work, got moved to another room. Light not working, poor tiling in shower, poor house cleaning services. rubbish left out on bench in garden the whole time we were there, dirty/used knife set on table for breakfast, unable to make a pot of tea.

Disliked: The TV cut out mid movie x 3 when streaming the options not to stream were minimal. The WiFi to Accor didn't work, and the 'functions' work around was slow or cut out at sections of my day. This was tricky as I was studying video content. The reason I booked a weekend away from my family was to study in quiet focus. I was looking forward to a croissant and scrambled eggs for brekky but they were out of both and so I requested and waited with my plate... the thing is no one set a table when I arrived and sat down (they did with other more 'important' parties), i had to walk up to request coffee as front desk lady was busy and stood waiting for the food to arrive. As no one said don't worry we will bring to you. A lady then complained no eggs and helped herself as soon as they arrived... while I was evidently waiting patiently for both. It just didn't make me feel like an equally valued guest. But I complement the wait staff who were constantly helping guests one way or another, there seemingly were not enough though.... and I would have loved the heads up that the Easter egg hunt would be directly outside my room as I was studying and had to close curtains to block out sound as much as possible. In saying that it's cute you put on an Easter hunt for the kids.

Disliked: 1. Late night bar unavailable - closed at 9 2. Female on the coffee machine Sun Mon breakfast burnt milk and coffee and put latte in the wrong cup but Male on Saturday made the best coffee’s we’ve had in a long time - perfect temperature, presentation and taste

A home away from home.

Liked: The staff were friendly, from the reception, to the dining room (where I had breakfast each morning) to the staff member bringing my dinner. All were very professional.
Disliked: I honestly cannot think of anything at the moment. It was all better than I expected!
