Nice hotel, in a convenient...

Liked: Convenient location for the town centre, in a quiet street. The rooms had air conditioning, which was quiet when set on a low speed. It also had a very good smart TV with Netflix/Amazon TV etc, onto which you could easily set up and delete your own accounts. It also came with a kettle and fridge, etc. Soundproofing was also very good, as I didn’t hear any noise from outside our room.
Disliked: My only gripes were the design of the sink not having a plug, so you couldn’t fill the bowl to shave, etc. Also, the bath with an inbuilt shower was quite high from the floor, and there were no handles to assist getting in or out, which made it a bit scary!

Liked: The location was excellent, perfect for walking in the city centre. The front reception staff were excellent and very helpful, and the housekeeping staff were also efficient and very polite. The rooms came with a safety and fridge. The best pillow choice too.
Disliked: The bedroom door on the room lacked a spy hole, could only have a single switch lock and lacked a safety chain. You had no way of seeing who was knocking on the door. I did not like the bright red plastic upholstered chair in the room. It felt like a very 3-star hotel. An average slightly dated experience. The bathroom however was finished to a higher standard. The breakfast was comprehensive and well-stocked. You can't linger longer though as the staff whip away your plate while you are still chewing your last bite.
