Restaurant was great, but overall...

Liked: Short walk from the centre, spa was small but adequate, michelin restaurant’s meal was good
Disliked: Noise from road, slightly tired around the edges, lift didn’t work for duration of our visit and we had a power cut which meant we had to move rooms

Liked: Location is great and the staff are very helpful. The Tassili restaurant Manager: Lewis, was particularly good throughout our stay and the food brilliantly prepared.
Disliked: Hotel is 'tired' and our room with a seaview was partially obstructed by a roof, and should have been advertised as such. Confusion with the Spa over a booking which was subsequently cancelled.

Liked: Lovely historic hotel . Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast and good service at terrace bar. Room good
Disliked: A small problem checking in re room choice but was resolved

Disliked: Dingy dark room. Gloomy lounge areas with plastic flowers and plants. When we were moved to a better room the curtains were rotting with a large tear and the balcony walls were very dirty

Liked: Perfect location, fantastic staff, very attentive. Public areas well maintained.
Disliked: Room was disappointing, unbearably hot. Air conditioning was poor, and the fan we were provided with did next to nothing. We booked a ‘small double’ room, and it really was small!

Disliked: Terrace bar booked for corporate events each evening

Disliked: Terrace being used for private functions so unable to dine there.
