Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

Excellent as always.

Liked: Breakfast, accommodation, staff, room, location, everything matched beyond our expectations. Fantastic value for money, standard in my opinion is far higher than 5 tar hotels ive stayed at in London
Disliked: Newest members of staff in restaurant need to ensure that they dont pass guests at tables without acknowledging them whilst doing there job. Its a simple thing i know but a nod here and there and ask if all ok goes a long way. This is my view point for feedback and not a complaint.

Would stay again but ask...

Liked: Property was lovely - restaurant and food was exceptional
Disliked: Would have liked a walk In shower - as bath wasn’t designed for a shower - and was quiet awkward standing up as bottom of bath had curved sides

Disliked: Nothing really, but if I had to choose one thing, the room window did t open and it can get really warm, so a bit of fresh air would’ve been good.

bed and Breakfast is acceptable

Liked: selection on breakfast was good
Disliked: very poor parking cool breakfast bathrooms need updating service in bar very slow and added service without being informed

Good location needs to upgrade...

Liked: The hotel is clean and location is good only a 20 minute taxi drive from the Airport.
Disliked: The hotel does not have Smart TVs in the bedrooms. When having a shower it can take a few minutes for the hot water to come through. The room temperature can become too warm. The restaurant in the evening can be busy even after booking a table earlier there was confusion and we had to keep asking for service.

Lovely first stay in jersey...

Liked: Had the opportunity to visit the Elizabeth castle directly in front and a lovely walk to the harbour and the town. Great staff always greeting you too and the spa staff was top
