The employees make the hotel. Lots of consideration and concern for us guests. What a great place to stay. We will be back!
Disliked: Our visit to the Cure Bar and Grill got off to a rough start, but our server, Lilly, made sure everything turned out right. Our breakfast the next morning was much better.

Excellent location to museums, restaurants and shopping. Nice bistro inside hotel. Lots of amenities.

I was very comfortable at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC. Located so close to all the memorials and sites of interest that I walked to many places when it wasn't too hot. It's a great hotel for business trips.
Liked: It has a very upscale business feel to it.
Disliked: Nothing was bad about this hotel.

Liked: Hotel was immaculate and staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Parking was pricey. Breakfast buffet was also pricey.
