Liked: I understand you're paying for the location, which is amazing, but at a $1000 a night the staff should be more accomodating, there should be 24 hour room service, and the hot tub should work. The spa could also use more amenities. the steam room was pretty evident of Mold and there's not hot tub in the spa.

Not happy, got sick with...
Disliked: Dear Management,I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your establishment with my newborn child, and while there were many positive aspects of our visit, I feel compelled to address some concerns that arose during our stay.Firstly, I must commend your staff for their dedication and hard work. However, during our visit, it was evident that some members of the room service staff were unwell, exhibiting obvious symptoms of flu or possibly COVID-19. As a result, I unfortunately contracted an illness during my stay, which was particularly concerning given the vulnerability of my newborn child.I strongly believe that measures need to be taken to ensure the well-being of both guests and staff. Sick employees should not be assigned to room service duties, especially when dealing with food items and entering guest rooms. This not only poses a risk to the health of guests but also compromises the reputation of your establishment.Furthermore, I noticed that the windows in our room, particularly on the 5th floor, were not adequately sealed. This allowed outside air to enter, which may contribute to discomfort and potentially impact the overall temperature regulation of the room. Additionally, the air conditioning system seemed to be drying the air excessively, which can lead to respiratory issues, especially for sensitive individuals such as infants.I bring these concerns to your attention not to criticize, but rather with the hope that they will be addressed to ensure the comfort and safety of future guests. I trust that you will take appropriate steps to rectify these issues and maintain the high standards of service and hospitality for which your establishment is known.Thank you for your attention to these matters.
