The steak house by the hotel was fabulous, however expensive - $225.00 for two for special of 2 lobster tails and steak. It was among the best I've ever tasted.

Liked: Absolute fabulous experience from the time we drove up to door and drove away; no long lines checking in or out; our porter was among the very best ever.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I have stayed there three times in the last year. Never disappointed.

Liked: The Hotel was superb this was my first at a Grand Hyatt. My only complaint is I didn’t stay long enough. I will be booking another stay The Grand Hyatt for a longer period of time to really soak up the luxury and all it has to offer.

Liked: I love the location of my stay. It was between the Seattle Convention center buildings, so the accessibility to travel makes it easier. The staff were so friendly from the moment I walked through the doors and made it to my room. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful when issues arose.
Disliked: I did not have much negative things to say except the conjoint room doors were not noise proof. I heard the conversation through the doors and wish the doors were more sound proof. So in reference, I would like to see the doors more sound proof or have a choice to have conjoint doors or not.

Liked: The location was central to all we wanted to see and close to any transportation we may have wanted to take. There are many food options within walking distance. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the shower - amazing. The staff were helpful and quick to offer assistance.
