The steak house by the hotel was fabulous, however expensive - $225.00 for two for special of 2 lobster tails and steak. It was among the best I've ever tasted.

Liked: Absolute fabulous experience from the time we drove up to door and drove away; no long lines checking in or out; our porter was among the very best ever.

Awful.

Liked: The people in valet parking were friendly and efficient! Starbucks rescued us when we needed ice water and coffee.
Disliked: No water available for guests except $4.25 plus tax aluminum bottles at the desk. No water even when told to “go to 4th floor fitness room” -empty both days we were there. They have a champagne vending machine in the lobby(great for families??

Fiery but mostly peaceful stay...

Liked: Great location for events at the Seattle Convention Center. Our stay involved a fire in the adjacent Cheesecake Factory and I thought the staff handled that as well as could be reasonably expected. Other than that the bathrooms were great as always and after a full day of panels, being able to take a proper bath was a godsend.
Disliked: The novelty of the sparkling wine vending machine wore off really fast when I realized that the bottle only filled a single flute and cost what it did.
