Liked: Very clean and family friendly.Great amenities.
Disliked: The new design in main lobby. Musicians don't have a stage like before.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t really friendly at Spa. No one helped with our luggage at arrival nor departure

A relaxing and memorable family...

Liked: The resort was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and just a great place to unwind. The staff truly made the experience, though. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We were even greeted with margaritas at check-in, which was such a nice touch. And at La Zozzona, they went above and beyond by surprising our son with a sparkler in his gelato. Moments like that made the trip feel really special.
Disliked: The only thing I noticed was that breakfast and brunch options felt a bit limited, with just La Zozzona, Tiki Tika, and Mesa Centrale available. While the food was good, more variety in the mornings would have been nice. Aside from that, everything else about the resort was fantastic.

Liked: Pools were fantastic and it was nice to have an adults only option.Our room/view was very nice with a huge deck overlooking the pools.Both exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: The people at the golf course next door were a little early to get going on their morning maintenance, but probably understandable for the climate. :)

Great resort, worth revisiting

Liked: This was my second stay in the resort in the last two months. Everything was great, but I especially liked the fact that within 10-minutes there is a mall where you can shop and eat in a number of fine restaurants.
