Liked: The buffet breakfast was delicious but a bit pricey. The bed was very comfortable The lobby is gorgeous with all kinds of amazing artwork and 2 huge fire placesThe location was great. Easy to walk around or get to public transportation and cable cars Timothy had he bellman was wonderful friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips on off the beaten path places to visit like sales force park The concierge service was great especially the lady with glasses and grey hair pull back in a French braid
Disliked: It would’ve been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in in more lighting

Excellent stay for business trip...

Liked: Well apportioned suite with furniture to accommodate guests. Separate room and bath excellent set-up. Doggie friendly with cushion for my pup. She loved this. Requested room service that was prompt and wake up call that was accurate. Highly recommend. My doggie also gives two paws up!!!!
Disliked: No mini bar in room.

Best location, Clean, late checkout....
