Liked: Perfect location. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar at the mezzanine was pretty good.
Disliked: Not having access to the snacks on the fridge after hours.

Very good
Disliked: No complimentary beverages, coffee in the room. There isn’t mini bar or a small refrigerator that we can use. Bathroom stuff like cotton sticks , dental products also unavailable

Absolutely wonderful!!
Liked: Location and the wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was also very nice along with the staff.
Disliked: Not much to dislike when it's one of your favorite hotels to stay in San Francisco.

This place was nice and...
Liked: The staff was extremely accommodating, and friendly, the valet personnel was super customer service-oriented. The location was next to a few places that were opened late if you had a late-night craving. The room itself with the view of the bay is highly recommended. Nice views directly over Pier 39, the Ferris wheel, and Alcatraz if you're into that kind of thing!
Disliked: There's not much I didn't like. They only had valet parking services which was 85 dollars a night so be prepared for that! The cafe hours are limited so food at the actual hotel is very limited. Other than that, I'd stay here every where when I go back to SF.
