Liked: Spent the night before in San Antonio Grand Hyatt River Walk. It was the same price. this place was way over priced!!!!!!
Disliked: Old run down!! not even close to being worth what they charge!!! I booked a room 7.8/10 $---.00, they added $99.33 in hotel fees and tax. tax was $14.04, the rest was all a rip-off!!!! the room was run down, old,and out dated. the staff did there best.

Disliked: Pool was a bit cold for the the kids but still enjoyed

Never stay there as they...

Liked: I never stay in this hotel.. we made the reservation and we call to reconfirm.,. and they told us they didnt have space.. and that they didn't understand how did we have a reservation with Booking as they were sold out. I then proceed to make another reservation in a different hotel. To my surprise they charge me and I have been trying to solve this since then with Booking and no one says anything! A disaster of service!
