Hotel staffs are very friendly...

Disliked: The curtains were not able to cover the windows properly and lights were coming through from the sides.

Disliked: Both the online check-in and online checkout did not work. Do not send emails out for guests to complete if the link does not work, it’s unprofessional

Liked: Exceptionally comfortable, friendly staff, fantastic room, and the crowning glory- Melbourne’s best breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Everything was great, however noise from neighbouring bathroom when bathing or showering was very loud

Brilliant hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: We booked into the hotel primarily because we were using the hotel's spa facility to enjoy massages and facials. The day spa was excellent and so was the hotel in general. It's a beautiful property in a great location.

Best hotel in Melbourne

Liked: We love this hotel! Where do I start … 1. it is in the best location 2. it is clean, comfortable and luxurious 3. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they truely make your experience amazing as their level of service and professionalism is top notch 4. The facilities they offer such as the buffet breakfast, the club lounge, even the lobby are high quality. This trip was to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we had an unreal trip we will never forget, the staff brought us cake and a bottle a wine on check in, gave us a late check out, let me have a guest in the club lounge for free and fixed a maintenance issue in our room within the hour. We are return customers and will stay here every time we return to Melbourne. You will not regret staying here.
Disliked: Couldn’t fault a thing. Obviously it’s a more expensive hotel so it does hurt the budget but it’s absolutely worth every penny.

Liked: We love the Grand Hyatt. It is centrally located, it has grand style, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff are well trained and welcoming.
