Liked: Location is great
Disliked: No hot water for a stage of my stay , Ms Collins was busy and service was very slow Was charge top dollar for a service that was less than impressive

Superb

Liked: Extremely spacious room with all the required amenities. Location was perfect if you want to be in the centre of the city surrounded by expensive handbags, shoes and jewellery. If you don't, still stay here, just don't bring the girlfriend/wife. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but it was clearly an option if you wanted it.
Disliked: We booked 1 night in the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. The food was cooked to perfection and there were no issues, however it was twice the price of any other restaurant where you could get the same food.

Disappointing after having stayed and...

Liked: Location is excellent. Overall clean and modern.
Disliked: Unbelievably noisy rooms for a 5 star hotel. The rooms aren’t soundproof at all. Even after being moved from one noisy room to the next. Can hear every time a person walks by, doors slamming shut, bathroom noises through the wall including very noisy plumbing (sounded like a drill going). Can equally hear noise inside of room when in hall way. There was also a lack of attention to detail - lamp in room not working and our shower head wouldn’t stay up and slid out. Could only use shower in one mode. Unacceptable for price and status of hotel. No follow up care from staff throughout stay.
