Good

Liked: Great location, good rooms and facilities.
Disliked: The young guy with a very bad attitude who stores the bags was abrupt and rude and only offered us one umbrella between 3 even though it was pouring rain. I asked for another and he said one per room even though there was plenty. I said I need to come back for bags so I won’t be taking them and he still said no! The older man was just beautiful and could not assist enough.

Ok but a bit disappointing...

Liked: The room had a great view out of a large window overlooking the city. It was spacious for the room type and we liked having the couch area to sit, and a table large enough to eat at.
Disliked: The pool area was disappointing. It was dated, with cracked and broken tiling, it was quite dirty by the end of the day and the entry/exit ladders were awkward to use.

Exceptional

It was truely memorable and...

Liked: Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. We regularly stay at the Grand Hyatt when in Melbourne and it's always a highlight of our trip to Melbourne.

Loved being so close to...

Liked: Very friendly and accomodating staff. We got an early check in which was a bonus so we were able to make the most of our one night stay.
Disliked: The gym and pool didn’t seem to be at the Park Hyat standard.
