Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean and perfect set up. Loved how everything was easily accessible. The food and service was incredible! First time here and will definitely be coming back. We had my 7 year old and 13 year old with his 13 year old friend and they all had fun and I was able to relax while they were entertained with all of the slides and lazy river
Disliked: Would have like lounge chairs instead of chairs at the lazy river

Beautiful hotel, awesome amenities but...

Liked: Beautiful beautiful beautiful sums up that hotel. Absolutely gorgeous hotel and pool was big with water slides and lazy river my kids and I had fun. We paid for a bigger room bc we have a family of 5 and it was expensive! But for obvious reason this is a classy hotel. My only complaint is the cost of renting a daybed there so you can sit down by pool. We rented 2 on accident and it was a PAIN to get my $ back for extra $300 bed I accidentally rented. But part of that was my own fault for not knowing how to cancel the rental online in time but calling to do it was almost impossible. I had given up but they kindly did end up giving me my $ back which I appreciated. But I must have spent a small fortune there and to make it that hard is in my opinion sort of a downgrade for this place in terms of costumer service. Also we went to Joshua tree for day and came back and someone trashed our $300 daybed —without renting it. Which I didn’t complain but will on here. We barely used them bc we were so busy but I had read other reviews saying there’s no seating by pool. Anyways that’s my two cents otherwise great hotel!

I recommend staying at nicer...

Liked: The restaurant Carmocha was delicious, drinks were top notch, and the wait staff was excellent.
Disliked: Do yourself a favor and stay at a nicer hotel and just go to the waterpark for a couple of hours during the day. The price of the room was not worth the stay. The website is misleading and after getting there at noon, I had to wait until 4:40 pm to get my room which I had to go to the front desk to ask for-they never communicated with me that it was ready. So unless you are a Hyatt member-stay elsewhere and just visit for the day. I’m sure that there are better hotels around there for the price.
