Rebooked for another return ASAP

Liked: The property was breathtaking. It had everything you need on the premises. I did not want to leave during my whole stay.
Disliked: It was time to leave. (Sad face)

Good, but busy location.

Liked: Rooms are redone. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly. Pool food is decent, drinks are expensive.
Disliked: They got rid of most of the pool floaties and lounge chairs. The water in the shower goes from really hot to freezing cold and anywhere in between.

Great location and nice pools...

Liked: The room was nice. Parking was easy. Great lounging around the pools
Disliked: Staff were not overly welcoming. Poor choice in food without it being a sit down, dress up restaurant. Not ideal for families, as food options didn’t open until 7am.

Kid friendly

Liked: This will be our second stay here. Always a good family stay. It was my daughter birthday. Check in is very late. The room was ready after 4pm the pool close at 6pm the kids really didn’t get that much time to enjoy the water park at all.
Disliked: The room was clean. Kid friendly just a few things the property should work on. The sun goes down after 7 so the pool should be open into 7pm at least. Check in is way too late.

Had an amazing time! Everything...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean and perfect set up. Loved how everything was easily accessible. The food and service was incredible! First time here and will definitely be coming back. We had my 7 year old and 13 year old with his 13 year old friend and they all had fun and I was able to relax while they were entertained with all of the slides and lazy river
Disliked: Would have like lounge chairs instead of chairs at the lazy river
