Excellent hotel, central location and...

Liked: A very nice stay. Indulged with the club access where food and drinks are served in a smaller, quieter setting. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym was well equipped, one of the best hotel gyms around with decent weights equipment, cable machines, squat rack, dumbbells (up to 26kg).

Once upon a time 5...

Liked: Great location in a pretty clean hotel. The staff is generally friendly. Nice to be able to have breakfast outside. The rooms are big.
Disliked: The views are not great. The hallways are dark. The furniture could have an overhaul. The king size bed in the suite was for a small king. The club looked so sad that we walked out of there within one minute. Not the 5 star feeling to it. And then some flashes of pure incompetence. The receptionist who has the booking in front of her and mixes up the amount of days and people. And then tries to take 1200 euros as a deposit for 2 adults and 3 children. The doorman and housekeeping who manage to loose our luggage for 5 hours. Our suite not having a bed for our daughter although the information was available to them for more than one week. Then when you call housekeeping about the bed and the luggage, just before the shift change, those people will just go home. Not fixing the problem nor passing on the information to the fresh shift. So after half an hour of waiting you call again and nobody knows what you are talking about. That man fixed the problems within half an hour.Maybe all of that is acceptable for a 3 star hotel. But not for the Hyatt. No follow up by the management.

Imagination on the small things....

Liked: Spa was Excellent, lounge staff Excellent but chef needs more imagination very lacking
Disliked: Breakfast poor lacking in imagination suggest your chef go to Dubai get some inspiration , tables dirty, some staff not friendly, extras like egg Benedict to pay for... that is cheap.
