Liked: Amazing hotel, super clean, thought of every single details. The receptionist Ach is great guy helped me either quick check in, bags and made sure we feel welcome and comfortable. Very high level of service - beyond what we expect in US.
Disliked: All was great!

Liked: Great location given its a minute or two on the Air train. Has a good bar & convenience store in lobby.
Disliked: Was pretty pricey but I did book at last minute given I needed accommodation due to a missed connection.

Liked: The location is unbeatable for those transiting SFO. It's not just near the airport, it's at the airport, with a dedicated stop on AirTrain (every 4 or 5 minutes!) which connects the various passenger terminals on a circular route. It has good restaurants open until late at night & a food "market" open 24/7.
