Worst hote I ever stayed....

Liked: Location
Disliked: No hot water, shower room not drained partly flooded. window broken, other window glass dirty, Fridge full of frost, Old Tv awful colour.Left broken heater. (Not mentioned byStaff). So much noise from upper floor.

Disliked: I think a lift would make a huge difference I recognise it wood be a major expense. Getting luggage up two stories was difficult.

Liked: Our favourite hotel to stay in Newcastle. Everything is perfect. The Staff are fantastic. Beers nice n' cold. Great food too.

Nice quiet hotel, car parking...

Liked: A lovely old hotel, very clean and a great location. The staff were friendly too. The room was located right up two flights of stairs and it was very quiet which surprised me as it was Saturday night and the hotel was busy.
Disliked: There was no car parking even on the street and I ended up having to pay over $50 for car parking in a nearby car park. My fault though as I didn’t realise until after I had paid for the room. Also no wifi password was found in the room and I didn’t realise until after we had climbed the stairs. It would be handy to have the password on the key, just a suggestion.
