Fair stay with a bit...

Liked: The breakfast was great with quality products. The hotel is a classical 4 star hotel with a bit old but quality furniture. The staff was nice. Spa is also great. The neighborhood is also good for families with kids.
Disliked: The bed, which was not comfortable at all. Although we escalated it, it is not resolved.

Fancy hotel very well located

Liked: Great location. Quiet neighborhood and only 5 mins by foot to Metro station (Lodi Tribb). In the room good walls so noises were isolated. Very clean rooms. In the bathroom various shampoons and gels. I liked hotel is offering towels everywhere : at the gym, at the swimming pool and in the room of course.
Disliked: Very unstable Wi-Fi, bearly able to connect. Only one bottle of water offered daily. Way to swimming pool and to the gym marked not good enough. It was like underground labyrinth,

Disliked: The room was very noisy. My window went to the road with a lot of noise and at 5:30 in the morning every morning there was a rubbish lorry which always woke me up with tremendous noise. The pillows were not comfortable and the breakfast was medium. The staff did not explain to me where to go when I arrived so I had to do rounds before I found my room
