Overall, we were very pleased...

Liked: The history of the property, the spaciousness of the rooms/bathroom, the staff was EXCELLENT--way above average.
Disliked: The bathroom lighting is bad for styling hair, applying makeup. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that never goes away.

Charming hotel near Milan

Liked: A wonderful hotel that combines the elegance of a building with its own history and modern comfort. Beautiful interiors, green area and high-level service. The breakfast was very good. We ordered dinner in the room and the dishes are also very tasty.

Disliked: I kept turning the heating down but it kept returning to 'too hot'.

Disliked: Worst Hotel Experience ever! It's a very old building, not well-maintained, showers not working at all and room are not clean, spider webs everywhere. Horrible experience overall.

Disliked: The level of maintenance is extremely poor, the armchair in the room is full of stains and disgusting to sit on, cockroaches are crushed all over the walls of the room, there is a feeling of lack of cleanliness, and when I contacted the hotel staff I was told that I was right but if they had any rooms available they could change. An omelet in the room on a food board took 30 minutes to make. The hotel is in a very rough neighborhood with prostitutes around it and certainly not a respectful place.A very low level and the name "Hilton" certainly does not suit this hotel and is not related
