Perfect stay and very kind...
Liked: Rooms are really spacious, the staff is very kind. I recommend to go to the bar you will find the warmth and feel like home.
Disliked: More facilities like spa etc

Liked: Beautiful heritage building especially the breakfast hall. The rooms are also beautifully and comfortably arranged.
Disliked: I wish it’s closer to a metro station

Exceptional
Liked: Super-good service from Stefano in the reception. We came in late and asked if he could support with a restaurant reservation, said and done after a few phone calls he managed a table at a great restaurant nearby!

Beautiful getaway spot in the...
Liked: Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden and a lot of space to enjoy nice summer weather outside. We stayed one night because we attended a concert just across the street. Perfect location for that. We even see the Carraponte from our room window and heard the sound check. Beautiful breakfast space and nice staff. The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Bathroom could use some renovation. Shower was leaking and the sink looks like it will fall off. But this did not affect our stay.

Liked: The restaurant was exceptionally good! The location of the hotel was not good at all!
Disliked: The check in staff could be a bit friendlier and we didn’t like the location. Also there was no obvious bar area. I also didn’t like paying an additional 20 euros for parking especially when had spent so much in the restaurant!
