Liked: Interior of lobby and the hotel were beautiful, great location

Excellent hotel in Italian riviera

Liked: Like living in a castle, very nice staff who helped us even fix a breakfast box when we checked out early. Location perfect for visiting the town, Cinque Terre and porto fino.
Disliked: Could not manage to get aircon working but was not too hot so didn't bother asking for help.

Beautiful hotel with nice pool...

Liked: This hotel is really like a museum or palazzo. We booked the room with a nice discount, but we were nevertheless positively surprised with the hotel itself, the location, the pool etc. Breakfast (on the terras) was also excellent. Sestri Levante has a lot of eating options and a nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Our room was also very nice, except not much of a view, which probably explains the discount.
