Liked: Exceeded our high expectations! Super friendly and professional staff, very nice room with a view of the water, and great air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast served outside in the garden, delicious coffee, and a very fresh buffet with everything you could wish for.

Liked: Friendly staff in restaurant and at the bar , helpful chamber service, nice garden , atmosphere for breakfast super - for dinner to bright lights and a little frosty.

Adequate but not brilliant.

Liked: Early check in was no problem. Desk staff very friendly. The location right on the seafront was great.
Disliked: The big hotel was dated and very eccentrically decorated in poor taste. Breakfast was mediocre. It clearly caters to large tours.

Liked: The garden of the hotel with the swimming pool is spacious and beautiful; and the location of the hotel is perfect.
Disliked: The service, the rooms and breakfast buffet are a bit outdated: You have to ask for everything extra (skimmed milk, oat milk, gluten free alternatives.No kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. The air condition in the room made a terrible noise, so we could not use it. Mostly old sockets in the room, and difficult to borrow adaptors. The shower cabin had walls where water easily went out and on the floor.
