A wonderful hotel

Liked: We absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it! It was fabulous. The breakfast was super with a lovely view.The best thing however was the buggy service which took us to our destination. The staff were so kind and extremely helpful.

Week-end in Stockholm

Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location!Staff are polite and respectful.Amazing breakfast!!! With a lot of choice!From the negative side only one thing - u must pay extra to go to SPA, which is completely weird to me, as the price of the hotel already isn’t cheap. I would rather go to my hotel gym when i m back home… i have an amazing SPA over there… so that’s weird!

Liked: In all ways just a perfect stay. If I had to think of one thing it would be the WiFi, which wasn’t always optimal but it was such a non-issue. Service is phenomenal, location is perfect!

Lovely location and friendly helpful...

Liked: Lovely old building which has retained its ‘grand’ aura. The staff were polite and friendly. Concierge staff were particularly helpful.Good that there was a reasonably fitted out gym though it was quite crammed.We had a huge bed and views across the water were special.
Disliked: The hotel is overly formal. For example, we fancied a cocktail/ beer at the end of the evening but we couldn’t just find our own seat in the bar but had to wait to be shown to it. This put us off returning, which we only did once. Shame that there wasn’t a proper swimming pool and that we had to pay to go to the spa. Everything is so overpriced. The extractor fan in our bathroom didn’t work. I was taken aback to have someone come and tell me that I couldn’t use my iPad (to read) in the spa. I understand not using phones but why an iPad. This rather spoiled my spa visit.
