Exceptional

Liked: Location was excellent - in historic centre and near a wide variety of shops. The service in the beautiful bar was wonderful - loved the snacks served with all drinks, each evening. Staff at reception, at breakfast and in the restaurant were always very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Having to step into the shower situated in a bath. Pillows were too soft. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful stay in a perfect...

Liked: Location excellent, room clean , comfortable and air con perfect. Bathroom good size. Reception were great, helpful and polite. I used the car valet service , which was also excellent.
