Liked: Absolutely amazing location! The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, beautifully updated, and spotlessly clean. The views were truly stunning — unforgettable experience. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Wonderful old building, tastefully upgraded.

Liked: The ambience, although reception staff no where near as friendly as they used to be years ago. Nevertheless. I still love The Santa Lucia.
Disliked: Although reception staff a bit aloof, I would still return. Tell them to be like the Neopolitans of old, so warm!!!
