Liked: The location was perfect in the center of town. Just a short walk to the crane park and the river (lake). Loved hearing the church bells ringing!

Superb

Liked: The staff were lovely. Very helpful. The car-park was a few minutes walk away and they were immediately on hand to accompmay us there. The room was nice and clean and had a great view of the San Lorenzo Rotunda. The roof top bar was lovely (not a great beer selection though). The windows had good sound-proofing.
Disliked: Our room facing the piazza didn't have curtains just the external shutters. The water pressure in the shower was a bit feeble.

Liked: Absolutely fantastic location. Reception staff is absolutely great, guiding us through the limited traffic zone. We were upgraded to a very nice suite with wonderful view. Beds are good, bathroom too. Not too noisy, because quiet time of the year (in summer it may be more noisy). Car is parked by hotel in garage nearby. Good breakfast (a bit standard hotel-style).
Disliked: Can't think of anything. Extra blankets would have been welcome since the room was a bit cold and we don't like to use the airco/heating system. Sorry that we only could stay one night.
