Liked: Location and rooms
Disliked: George restaurant which is a Michelin star restaurant was an absolute disappointment. Font know what they are trying to do but Michelin star surely doesn't mean good. Most expensive and worst meal of my entire trip.

High quality!
Liked: Super high quality in everything! Too bad that we are not planning to return to Napoli because we could stay here again and we would be happy for that. Unfortunately Napoli is so soooooo dirty that it’s not attracte at all to return.
Disliked: Everything was great but breakfast could be improved little bit.

Hotel to be avoided, restaurant...
Liked: Obviously, the property has a tradition and an inertia from that perspective. I am referring exclusively to the hotel. The George restaurant is outstanding from all perspectives, Chef, quality and Service.
Disliked: Lack of proper management of the hotel. We experience an unexpected failure of the central digital control system which generated an uncontrollable lights and AC in the room at 02:00 am. When I realize that I can’t control it I called the Reception with the kind request to shoot down the system in the room until day light and to perform an audit further on to fix the problem. It appears they understood, but we wake up in the morning with the AC on with significant intensity and cold. This generated heart problems to everyone, myself and my wife. I reported the problem to the Duty Manager in the morning but he couldn’t care less. This end here, I will never recommend this hotel to friends. By contrary, I suggest to everyone to try the 2* Michelin restaurant. A responsible Manager of the hotel should have put in place procedures for such unexpected technical situations. When you charge these amounts you bear full responsibility of the house.

Liked: Comfort, clean and great staff
Disliked: Lack of a pool and despite the hotel having a great view it is quite a way from the main shopping and areas of interest.

One night stay at Grand...
Liked: Amazing views from the rooftop restaurant. Excellent service from the staff and amazing decor in the reception and rooms. Very sophisticated room system with lights controlled at the touch of a screen.
Disliked: Great choice - no trouble at all

Luxurious haven in busy Naples
Liked: Truly wonderful property, magnificent view, fabulous location super friendly and helpful staff. We loved staying at this wonderful Hotel in a prime location of Naples. The food at the rooftop restaurant was just delicious. The staff were so attentive and made us feel relaxed and cared for. Naples is a hectic city with a huge heartbeat, a wonderful surprise for us. And staying at the Grand Hotel Parkers is a much needed relaxed and luxurious haven at the end of a busy day in Naples.
