Staff could use some improvement,...

Liked: Easily accessible restaurants, 24 hour Cafe, game room, indoor pool
Disliked: My husband tried to speak with a staff member at the front desk, she completely disregarded him and we asked a staff member upon arrival where the pool was and were completely disregarded. They might have had head phones in. One of the entries was not working the practically the whole stay as well.

You will not be disappointed...

Liked: The hotel was great! The room rate was reasonable. The beds are extremely comfortable. Food is a little pricey, but we ate off the boardwalk at Pit n Pub, which is our favorite place to dine. We had breakfast at Ihop. It was great being able to look at the ocean every morning! Love this time of year when the boardwalk is not crowded. We had a relaxing few days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Grand Hotel is exactly that...GRAND!!
Disliked: We weren't expecting the food to be as pricey as it was. Will definitely prepare for that next time.
