Very good

Liked: Great room! We were upgraded to the lake view room which was fantastic!
Disliked: The spa was just ok. A bit small and the massage wasn’t the best.

Great hotel in Lucerne

Liked: The area the hotel is in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the pillows are quite uncomfortable.

Liked: Guys..5star hotel and breakfast without anything warm unless you pay for that? That's ridiculous... looks like old money hotel in perfect location but world changed as level of services and facilities.
Disliked: Breakfasts, spa area (only one tiny sauna), no gym (you have to pay for that and go across)

Very good

Liked: Nice hotel with great views of the lakes, located right on the waterfront. The staff is friendly and welcoming and tries very hard to provide maximum service.
Disliked: The breakfast staff is boring and unfriendly, unfortunately. Also on the table in the room there was drinking water in a closed bottle, but it turned out to have a sweetish taste without any indication on the label. The reception staff also tried this water, but could not explain the presence of this sweetish taste. This is very strange.

Liked: Bedrooms were quiet, bed was comfy, shower, tv etc worked well.
Disliked: Double bed was actually two beds pushed together which easily came apart, air con didn’t work at all well so room was extremely hot.No ramp for pushchair
