Very good

Liked: Location and it was so quiet despite being in middle of city.
Disliked: Spa, gym, sauna and pool need maintenance.

Highly recommend accommodation

Liked: This is our favourite place to stay in the city. Close to public transport and shopping areas. Very comfortable and large sized rooms. Nice restaurant and pool. We stay here at least twice every year to attend events in Melbourne, and each time, the staff have been amazing.
Disliked: The room we were given this time had a shower over the bath. It was slippery and difficult for someone with a spine injury to climb in and out of without assistance. We will ask for a walk-in shower in the bathroom option next stay.
