Liked: Large room and bed very comfortable , Location is super convenient to travel around CBD and car park just in front of the hotel.

Ideal location and a feeling...

Liked: From the minute we arrived, until the time our bill was finalised, we were cared for so beautifully by ALL staff - felt like we were friends really. Extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. Loved the spa!
Disliked: The pillow......way too soft for my liking,,,,,,

I will not stay there...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I booked and paid for a Studio Apartment, upon arrival I was told I’d been upgraded to a bigger room . I had no choice in this . The room I was given was right on the railway tracks - when I complained I was told to close the window …….it was closed . When I finally had a chance to look at my booking I discovered that I had also lost the bath , which I booked for good reason . I had other commitments and didn’t get a chance to see the desk person that night . Next day I complained again , my “up grade” was really a down grade. Nothing they could do ! By the way the two rooms were the same size .
