Room Condition and Breakfast

Liked: -I personally liked my room (Rm. 107). -It was large clean, spacious, and I liked the sliding door that used the space very well for the bathroom and closet. :)-The staff were very friendly!!!-Breakfast was excellent!-We had to cancel one room as some family members were affected by the Air Canada strikes and couldn't make it. I was informed by the receptionist that I will get a refund, it will take a while but would need to go through Booking.com since the rooms were ordered through them.- I personally would stay here again :)
Disliked: The smell of gas when the heat was put on was a bit disconcerting though. Is that healthy?-My parents experienced issues with their toilet (Rm 106) and tv (language barrier to get the issue rectified). The toilet appeared that it might overflow a few times when it was flushed. They had to call for help :(Unfortunately, I wouldn't expect toilet issues that from a high calibre hotel and think we should get a discount for their room only.

Liked: Breakfast was really good with plenty of options to choose from, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Disliked: The water fountain didn’t work, so you could only get water during breakfast or buy your own. I needed to do laundry, but the laundry room was closed for maintenance, and I wasn’t informed beforehand. The free shuttle only goes to certain parks and has limited schedule flexibility. My bathroom floor was dirty and had hairs, which was a bit off-putting.
