Great location and friendly staff

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite, helpful, and attentive, we received great service. The location is excellent, very close to Disney and outlet stores. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.
Disliked: The hallways could use better maintenanceThe carpets were dirty and there was a musty smell in those common areas.

The worst hotel ever!

Liked: The breakfast service-the female we encountered was great. The breakfast was continental. The comfort of the bed was decent.
Disliked: When you walked in the place was muggy and the floors were moist. The man was dry mopping with paper towels. The rug was dirty. The customer service representative at check-in didn’t know anything about the rooms. We asked for joining rooms and she told us they didn’t have any that she knew of. The bed linen was stained and there was a string of blondish hair on my pillow. The tv’s in both rooms were statically and nothing for children to watch. No cable or apps on the tv. They needed an antenna. The maintenance guy said it was nothing he could do. The key fobs did not let you back into the building from the pool or any other door. We had to walk around to the entrance. The laundry was out of service. The pool could use new paint. The manager was unreachable all the days of our stay. The desk rep gave us a number supposed to be to cooperate but the number said the caller was not available. To top it off the cleaning lady told my spouse that my door tag said do not disturb. What’s crazy is I had just entered the room from the other room because my key fobs did not open my door. I never even put the sign on the outside of the door. The cleaner lied. Now we have 3 signs. She did straighten up one room. We left the door open to both rooms during the whole stay because we had our daughters. There was no excuse not to enter the other room. The shuttle service to the parks was accessible but the hours of return was a one and done. From Disney the return time is 4:45pm and Universal 8:45pm. We left at for Disney Hollywood at 9am and 7 am for Universal Studios. Coming back from Universal Studios the hotel smelt like wet dogs.
