Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration

Basically it was ok but...

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly and helpful especially one named Karla she was especially she was very efficient when asked for anything needed. The room size plus the pool was ok.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but needed more to offer besides the same thing everyday and some day were better than others. Also there wasn't any evening dining.

Good location but not a...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: The bathroom was moldy and the room was very small for 4 people. We needed pillows and towels, refrigerator door didnt close and the bathroom door didnt close or have a lock. Had to unplug the alarm clock that was buzzing non stop and the lights from the putside shined right in the window. Thank God we only stayed one night. Its basically a cheaply renovated motel.

I love it .

Liked: I could enjoy staying this hotel. There were everything that I'd like to have. My room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. It was a good value for the price. Thank you !
Disliked: It was better if the pressure of shower was more strong.

If You Only Need The...

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the Disney Parks and very choose to multiple shopping plazas and malls. Very quiet. However I stayed during the week. I can’t say weekends are better.
Disliked: Do not speak to the man about vacation crap to get your parking pass validated. It’s an absolute waste of time. The lady in the lobby walked me over to him and he gave me this whole thing about a presentation for a gift card. It seems nice but I came there to enjoy my vacation, not that. The breakfast was subpar. Not many options but I didn’t go there for that so I guess I can’t say too much. You could only come in and out through the lobby. The key cards did not work for the other doors. I did not get a receipt for checking out.

Price while reasonable was too...

Liked: Coffee was very good for hotel coffee. Short drive to our convention and many restaurants. Avoid the Golden Corral, your welcome
Disliked: The humidity/dampness in our room was terrible in spite of small dehumidifier installed in room. We checked in and left for 3 hours and when we returned, clothes i hung in closet felt damp/wet. No hot water in bathroom sink. I tried both directions and left it running in excess of 5 minutes both ways. No exhaust fan or A/C in bath. AC on opposite end of room and did not reach bath at all. Breakfast was basic and did not change. Egg disk, muffins and sausage was not very good or hot. Plain white bread only to toast. Breakfast did not change. Mold in bath on sliding door was gross.

Good place

Liked: Was in town for a basketball tournament. The room was nice. Breakfast on day 1 was good with a variety of options, but on the 2nd day, it was as if they didn't have much and closed early. It's close to restaurants, convenient stores and our tournament locations. Clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was closed early, and not many options and day to 2 of our stay. Nice gym, but limited.

Meh

Liked: The beds were very comfy.
Disliked: Weird location behind apartment complexes. Long wait to check in. Breakfast was just gross. They don’t have a shuttle to magic kingdom so their ad is misleading.
