Liked: The property had breakfast which was nice but that was the only good thing.
Disliked: I would not stay here again, nor would I reccomend, the bathrooms and sheets were very dirty which was not very sanitary, the fridge had something spilled and dried up in it, you can tell they dont clean very good and the staff was rude when asked if anyone changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom, although it was my least worries the bathroom was also VERY OUTDATED AND VERY OLD

A great place if you...

Liked: The staff were helpful and nice! The beds were cozy and every day we came back to made beds, clean bathroom, and fresh towels which was very pleasant. The hotel was very close to the Disney parks! The breakfast was excellent, you can make your own waffles! I do recommend this place if you aren’t staying at a Disney Resort.
Disliked: The shuttle didn’t fit my timeframe but only because we were going for opening of the parks. It only goes to Epcot however you can transfer to another bus at Epcot to go to another Disney park. You would have to go back to Epcot to catch the hotel shuttle back.

We’ll never stay here again!

Liked: This was advertised as “Shuttle to Theme Parks”. This was not really the case. There were two shuttles a day, at specific times…one to Disney Hollywood and one to Epcot. If this didn’t fit with your day, you had to drive your own car or take an Uber. We spent an extra $120 for transportation.The room was ok and seemed clean. Beds comfortable. The hallways, especially the rugs, were frayed and very dirty with huge stains. Disgusting!!We were charged $100 more than our price thru Booking.com, which they wouldn’t accept.The staff were nice.
