Great value in the heart...

Liked: Very clean hotel that came completely as advertised and actually exceeded expectations. In a city like Paris, sometimes hotels can be very hit and miss and be far worse than how they look online. That was not the case here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was well-equipped and made great use of limited size. Location was excellent, as well. On Boulevard Voltaire and in the heart of the 11th, was walking distance to Bastille and Republique. And you're close to so many vibrant streets like Rue Roquette and Rue Breguet.
Disliked: Nothing, it was actually a great stay and incredible value.

Liked: Decent hotel.
Disliked: Quite poorly welcomed by the staff for no reason. We were under the impression that we were disturbing him (we arrived at 8:45am). This is the first time this happened to us in Paris, even though we go there weekly.

Liked: breakfast and the breakfast staff were absolutely outstanding! eggs sausage yogurt croissants ham and cheese juice and coffee tea! amazing! close to Metro!

Charming Quaint Hotel in Quiet...

Liked: This is a charming neighborhood hotel, locally owned. This was a last minute booking due to an unanticipated flight cancellation. We arrived after midnight, and the manager received us kindly and offered us a glass of wine as he checked us in. The room was small, it had all the amenities. You would want a small hotel. It is a well-worn facility, with comfortable beds, towels and bathrobes. The hotel is very quiet, and in very quiet neighborhood.

Liked: The place was clean with as good location
Disliked: Had an uncomfortable situation with the cleaning lady but the staff was kind enough to make up for the wrong and gave us a small detail gift. we were really thankful
