Liked: When I told the staff this was a very special occasion for the trip, they pulled out all the stops to make my stay amazing. They were accommodating and professional. The location is spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. Best espresso I had in Italy! And the cakes were delicious!

Liked: We caught an early train. A box meal was prepared that was very good. The desk personnel were absolutely first class, friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Must close the restaurant “Harrys”.Menu,food preparation and service was awful. Living off the name.

Liked: We had trouble with our travel plans but Front House Manager, Giuseppe Di Trolio, went out of his way to provide assistance. He helped us find transportation from southern Croatia to the airport. His service was exceptional.
