Not a 4 star hotel

Liked: The breakfast was good. Different types of cheese, breads, croissant, different spreads, coffee, tea, oats etc. The staff is also nice and helpful.
Disliked: There were people eating dinner in the reception, which smelled awful. The decoration is very distasteful, both in reception and in rooms. The towels and the bed linens in the rooms were dirty. Other than breakfast, it doesn't deserve 4 stars. And the hotel was under construction, which started early in the morning, which they didn't mentioned before booking.
