Liked: the only good thing we think that it is that the "building of the hotel" was close to the main train station of Frankfurt but...at the same time this is a drawback...considered one of the city’s rougher neighborhoods for its visible drug scene. . .the sense of insecurity can make visitors cautious, encouraging them to move quickly toward safer, more tourist-friendly areas of the city.
Disliked: First of all we kindly asked the hotel via booking to have a double bed and not two single beds cause we are couple and there was availability but we couldnt chose it on our own .They never respond to the matter through email and when we arrived there we got a bedroom with two single beds which was inconvinient. Another negative experience was the fact that in the corridor from the elevator to our room there was trash everywhere (not in plastic bags but on the floor ) and the smell was hideous.Last, the second day of our residence from earl in the morning and until we left the hotel at 11:30 am, the noise of compressor was so loud we could hear it from the reception to our room.
