After suffering without air conditioning...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air Conditioner did not work on our first night. Was told to bear with it until the next day when the technician is in. Requested extra pillow but was not available on our first night. Neighborhood was noisy at night.

A pleasant surprise!
Liked: A very short walk from the railway station so very easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. Inside is not what you expect from the outside a pleasant surprise!
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

Best bet near the Gare...
Liked: So convenient for the station and a short walk to the centre. A lovely hotel with a quirky layout. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast.

Superb
Liked: We got in Toulouse late and decided to spend the night close to train station. And it is only 4 min walk! So that was very helpful. Hotel is kind of a hidden gem. Door and building front are minimal so it was a surprise to walk in and see such a quaint place. Room was clean, good size and with electric shutter, dark and quiet.And then the breakfast was amazing! Don't forgo it and go out, it is very good!!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't care for and it is no fault of the hotel was the roughness of the street the closer you get to the train station. Not bad. Just not toulouse finest area.

Charming family run hotel, comfy...
Liked: Clean, well-organised room with a kettle, lovely friendly staff, excellent parking for car with roof box. Nice features in the hotel.

Very good
Liked: It's a good location when someone is coming from the train station or having to go there, I chose mostly to keep my luggage there as I had an afternoon train the following day. I did not use it, but they do offer a "quick breakfast" formule with is cheap and simple. The room was correct, no natural light though, small window to the facing wall.
