Liked: The staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. The parking was very convenient. The breakfast was beautiful!
Disliked: The location was not as central as we had hoped - it is near the market, but the market stands empty other than on Saturday. There is really only one close tasting room nearby.There were 2 significant issues with the room:First, the biggest issue was the lack of outlets in the room. There was one outlet by each bedside, but only space for the bedside lamp to be plugged in. No place to charge your phone, iPad, watch if you had the light on. If they at least put a socket extension in it would help, or better yet, update the room from the 1980's and have USB ports by the bedside.Second, the room decor is very old. It was maintained, but not "clean" due to much of the design (fabric on the ceiling and very old carpeting). The bathroom was not functional - there was a shower attachment to the tub but no place to attach it to stand while bathing. The hair dryer was affixed to the wall with less than 15 inches of chord - we could only dry 1/2 of our heads while facing the mirror.

Liked: We liked the room. The location was ok. A little out of city center but still close enough to walk everywhere.

Liked: Nice historic building. We slept surprisingly well given that the stairs creak quite a lot when you walk up. But the room was pretty quiet. Room size is good, chairs in the room to sit down, water heater is available. Large bathroom. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there's an express option, which is good value if you're not into big breakfasts.
Disliked: Leaving the hotel by car was almost impossible as the trash cans blocked the driveway. We had to put them onto the sidewalk in order to turn right.

A lovely place to stay...

Liked: Great location, very comfortable, friendly helpful staff and a real French feel.
Disliked: The shower was a bit small, but the bath made up for it.
