First class.
Liked: Quirky and fab with THE most dramatic car park portal you’ve ever seen. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the place was squeaky clean with endless steaming hot water. We’re passing through again in three days time and we’re really disappointed that they can’t accommodate us again. We never stay anywhere twice - it speaks volumes that we wanted to. Oh, and breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional
Liked: Hotel was quaint and charming, exactly what I envisioned for our stay in Reims. Wish we did not have to pay to use the pool, a small thing, but it would have been nice to spend some time there to relax. Loved that I had an ample amount of towels and washcloths every day in my room. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. I stayed in four cities during this European trip and this hotel was by far my favorite!

Nice hotel in good location....
Liked: Lovely boutique hotel built in the 1800’s. Authentic decor. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Parking on site. Very nice staff and welcoming reception.
Disliked: Shower hanger broken and clearly not recently just hasn’t been fixed. Bar prices expensive. No EV charging.
