Great room, great front desk...

Liked: The breakfast availability on Saturday and Sunday morning was chaotic. Too many people looking for a seat to eat and the food replenishment was very slow. People were standing around the dining area waiting for bread, eggs and crossants to be replenished.
Disliked: Speed of table clearing was very slow. The bearded gentleman who was clearing away tables and trying to calm those complaining down, looked run off his feet. He had no help from any other member of staff.

Disliked: The hotel housekeeper knocked on the door twice when I am not checkout yet.The lift smells smoke much
