Short but pleasant

Liked: I only stayed one night to attend a stand-up comedy show, but I really enjoyed my time here. The location is great, the staff were friendly, and I even got a room upgrade! The bed was super comfortable, and they offered breakfast in the room, which was a nice touch. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris, the room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay!
Disliked: The staff were friendly, though at times a bit too inquisitive — they asked quite a few personal questions, which felt slightly intrusive.

Disliked: the room was utterly small of the price paid by night . I could have stayed in a better room better bed . better service in other branded hotel .

Disliked: We didn’t end up staying as the picture of room they had on Booking.com was not the room we booked apparently 3 rooms in this category you have to request the room that fits two people on the balcony sitting looking at the Arc! We left and they charge us for the first night no management available to discuss the situation or offered any other alternative we could have had a cheaper room, we have complained we booked with booking.com but it’s the accommodation that can only give the refund!

Disliked: Air conditioning not working, it’s 40c in the room. It’s impossible to sleep, in our requests they said only sorry.If you will open a window you will hear all the street noice from morning. This quality of hotels can keep 5*, it’s max 3-4, but never 5, they was asking on the check to keep deposit EUR 200- as room damage guarantee :)Service and quality lower them Ibis Budget.
