Liked: The Hotel was great, however the roof top bar/ restaurant terrible. The staff were only interested in quickly serving you ( minimum 17 euros spend) and then they pressured you to finish and leave. This was two nights in a row. Very bad experience
Disliked: Reception and Concierge were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient to assist. 10 out of 10 to them

Not the best option!

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Firstly, I found the prices to be somewhat overrated, especially considering that there are other hotels nearby with better locations that offer similar or even better amenities at roughly half the price. Additionally, the pool closes quite early at 7:00 PM, which limited our options for evening relaxation. The gym is quite small and not open 24 hours, which was inconvenient.Another area where the hotel could improve is housekeeping. During our five-day stay, we noticed that the bathrobe was not replaced or cleaned properly; we kept the same one for the entire duration, which was less than satisfactory. It would be great if they paid more attention to these details to enhance the guest experience.Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but there’s room for improvement in value and service consistency.
