Liked: The night staff was polite and welling to assist
Disliked: I booked a double room which I paid over £130, after check in, went to my room and to my surprise the room was left as it was from the previous guest left it after checked out. I saw a member of the house keeping team and told her, she was surprised to see such conditions, she then took me down stairs to the reception and reported the matter, but the moved me to a down graded room without any apologies.

Liked: Good location and close to the beach front.
Disliked: We were staying on the 3rd floor. The whole corridor absolutely stunk of marijuana. When we let the reception know all they said was it is no smoking hotel. They didn’t come to check or anything.

Paid £130! For one night...

Disliked: Paid £130! For one night here the rooms are so out dated the lights were flickering when being switched on windows were broke so wouldn’t close , we had a smelly stained blue chair in our room which didn’t go with the decor at all! Bed was so squeaky , the worst off all we didn’t even get a kettle in our room no cups no tea or coffee

Disappointing

Liked: My room was great size and up to date decor unlike some my friends had , reasonably priced bar
Disliked: Rude and untrained staff, poor breakfast with lack of signage for allergies, bar shuts at 11, no food options for mostcof the day other thanoverpriced basic sandwich, exceedingly hot everywhere in the hotel, very very overpriced for what it is -obviously was posb in its heyday but not now and far out from main areas
