Lovely few days in Lille

Liked: A really lovely hotel in a great location close to Le Grand Place and lots of great places to eat and visit. We had a family room with a mezzanine which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The room was a great size, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was huge. It was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were lovely.
Disliked: The room was too hot. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We reported it and an engineer came but didn’t really say anything. Even with the aircon turned on full at 16oc there was nothing coming out of the vents. With the temperature outside incredibly hot it would have been good to have a cool room to sleep in. The hotel didn’t have any fans for us to use. We didn’t sleep well being too hot.

Disliked: Lights weren't working, neither was the AC. Bathroom door got stuck halfway through the night, so was moved to a different room at 7am. Would not stay there again.
