Very convenient and comfortable

Liked: Lovely hotel location great easy to walk from Eurostar which is a bonus as we got a taxi and that cost 15 euros so I would walk next time would stay again clean and comfortable staff very attentive lovely roof top bar.
Disliked: Only quibble was tv had no English Channels but didn’t put us off.And great restaurants near by.

A hotel that has certainly...

Liked: Hotel was well located. Staff was nice and efficient. Bed was OK.
Disliked: The hotel in general had known better days. At best, this was a 3 star hotel. Pillows were immensely uncomfortable (way to soft, zero support). Normally, in 4 stars hotel you get at least 1 viscoelastic pillow, that give good support and are comfortable to sleep in. Both pillows were equally old and bad.The carpet was old and stuffy. Decorations old and put together with zero taste. You could hardly fit your legs in the separate toilet. The bath had no hold-on to get in our out. Even though in theory you had controls for the heat air in the room, it did not work at all, and in the evening it was rather cold. But the heat would not turn on, no matter how high you put the temperature. Continental breakfast was poor. Dairy-free and gluten-free options almost non existent (even though I had warned them in advance). They had total lack of knowledge about how to present food to prevent cross-contaminations with known allergens (e.g., cheeses, next to cold cuts). They did not even know that most cold cuts are preserved with lactose or lactic acid. I could only have 1 cold cut (the Italian one, the only dairy free, gluten free). They could not make scrumbled eggs without butter, etc.

Beautiful and friendly hotel

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was perfect and the rooftop is beautiful !!!
Disliked: I would say one thing: the room was a little bit noisy with the automatic air-condition.

Liked: Spacious room, excellent location, very friendly and helpful reception staff
Disliked: Because it was so central, it was noisy throughout the night (people shouting). Breakfast foods were not topped up regularly enough. Scrambled egg tasted synthetic. Room cleaning was hit and miss - forgot to replenish towels on one occasion and topping up of breakfast tea bags. No plug in sink. Paper cups for hot drinks in bedroom rather than ceramic (made it feel cheap).
