Disliked: Nothing other than booking.com not loading with the hotel and as a result the hotel trying to charge me twice and cause me stress

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was extremely nice, the breakfast was great with good variety, and staff was great. Also the hotel's location in the heart of the city meant the city's attractions were a short walk.
Disliked: Nothing, the hotel was great.

Liked: The staff were "polite"
Disliked: The soundproofing in this hotel is terrible. We struggled to sleep at all until around 3am when outside settled down. Given the price of the hotel, I wouldn't stay here until this is fixed.We're not sure if every room was like this, or whether the member of staff who checked us in put us in a room and was sneaky about it. Either way, there was a bit of dishonesty somewhere here.We also didn't see a view of the basilica. We saw a view of the street where all the noise was.
