Exceptional

Liked: Everything was incredible start to finish, couldn't fault a single thing, breakfast was great, views were even better, I would have stayed for months If I was allowed.

Liked: Location and rooftop restuarant were fantastic.staff was good.
Disliked: Restuarant food was just OK, breakfast the same. The room lighting was a little dark. The flashing red safety fire alarm lights above the bed are not good.

Liked: Reception staff good.Bar staff good.,Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Air conditioning in room failed on a day when the shade temperature was 38c.The fault was eventually rectified but the a/c was not good thereafter

This was a great place...

Liked: The hotel is glamorous and very well located for travelers. The rooftop lounge provided a wonderful view of the city.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable.
