the price does not match...

Disliked: Some rooms have windows facing a wall with no view at all, which is not mentioned in the listing on Opsunny, despite the room being a Deluxe category. The staff was not very friendly, and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. They also do not accept cash, which is extremely inconvenient. Moreover, when I submitted a complaint via Booking, the hotel did not even respond.

Unbearably noisy when the elevator...

Disliked: They put us in the room 701, just beside the elevator in the second floor. When we went back to the hotel closer to midnight, we started to hear an unbearable noise coming from the elevator and we quickly called the reception. They told us that this noise was coming not from the elevator people use but from the elevator that the workers in the hotel use to access the parking and the promise they won't need to use the elevator anymore until 10:00AM. We asked them to change us to another room but it seems there were no other rooms available at that time so we had to stay in the same room hoping the noise was not happening again.Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, the unbearable noise was back again at different times and even my wife recorded a video at 6:00AM so we couldn't sleep well that night.In the morning, when we did the check out, we wanted to raise a formal complain so we talked with a person in the reception explaining the situation and she told us that she had to check with the manager but unfortunately the manager was on vacation (manager in a hotel taking a holiday in Easter, weird). We asked her to check with someone what can be done because we were really frustrated and angry. When we came back after lunch, nothing was shared with the girl in the reception and we had to explain the same situation up to 3 times until we got to the right person.I was expecting them to refund the entire or at least half of the price we paid for the only night we spent in the hotel but they were only able to offered us a refund of 20% which was another stressful situation because we knew they knew the situation about the elevator but even with that, they are still offering the noise room to people that make a big effort to pay for a 5 star hotel room (we paid 325.34€ for a single night).

The location and the view...

Liked: We loved the location of the property and the amazing view from our room. The pool, sauna, and steam room were relaxing. The facilities are clean. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Free bottled water, soda and snacks were good.
Disliked: The elevator was not working during our 3 days of stay. Their staff helped us to bring our luggage up to our room. When we checked out early in the morning, we told the front desk the night before that we need help around 6:45am if the elevator is still broken. They told us to just call front desk when we are ready. We called front desk and told us that they are now sending their staff. Unfortunately, we had to bring our luggages down ourselves since no one came after 20 mins of waiting. When we were down stairs, we met the guy and told us that his shift does not start until 7am. The drain in the shower was clogged and the bathroom got flooded on our first night, the last thing we needed from a long flight and long day. We called the front desk, someone came and checked but told us they need to get their technician check tomorrow. They gave us the key to another room in the other floor to use the shower. The next day, the shower is still clogged.
