Wonderful hospitality

Liked: Close to all sites to walkExcellent restaurant
Disliked: Hair dryer did not work but I had my own rm 428

Liked: So many better hotels in the area close to the shopping area. You pay more but you don't walk far.
Disliked: The location was a far walk from most attractions. The people on the street of the hotel at night were scary. If you get dropped off and picked up by tour bus I guess it's ok. If your on your own ( especially woman by themselves it's a bit scary) it can be frightening. We saw a street fight on the corner of the hotel block. It's not twenty years ago Italy for sure

Liked: The rooms were clean, bathroom was renovated. The breakfast had wide variety of options. The hotel’s location is convenient to get to all city sightseeings. The hotel has its own parking which is incredibly comfortable when traveling by car. Will definitely come back to Florence and stay at this hotel.
