Excellent service, very clean and...

Liked: Very central with a close U-Bahn
Disliked: The A/c was not perfectly working all the time.

Very good

Liked: Rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough, so even though we were 8 people in the room, we didn't feel crammed.
Disliked: There was a constant noise from the street, the most disturbing were sirens of ambulances, that could be heard very frequently. I recommend bringing some earplugs in case if you're a light sleeper. As long as the windows are closed, it's a lot more bearable :)

Liked: Rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough, so even though we were 8 people in the room, we didn't feel crammed.Location of the hostel is right next to metro station and quite close to center of Berlin as well as Sudkreuz (only 15 min away), where you can catch trains and busses to Czech Republic :D

Superb

Well located and very helpful...

Liked: Everything, especially the friendly staff (especially Gulio) and the location, is very interconnected.to the city.
Disliked: Nothing. Just it is a bit loud outside the hostel, which is not the facility problem.

Basically what I expected-- Cheap,...

Liked: Check in and check out was easy, parked in the Galeria garage for not too much money. It was a cheap stay for a project in Berlin which didn't pay-- so for a musician, not bad. Breakfast was also well priced and varied with a nice view from the top floor.
Disliked: I think this was the last time I stay in a hostel. One other guest had no social awareness after midnight, talking with his phone on speaker, talking to another guest above someone else who was sleeping, generally making noise... That was not the hostel's fault however. The facilities were a little tired, reminded me of many Uni dorms in Germany. The location was a bit stressful as it was very crowded and messy, and the area is generally overwhelming-- but that's just Berlin for you, depending on the neighborhood. Think I'm just getting a bit old to tolerate hostels as an introvert. (28 at time of writing)Honestly the hostel was fine, my problems are more with Berlin and being kind of done with hostels personally.
