this is a locals hotel,...
Disliked: It was horrible, this room was dusty, the door did not work and after asking 3 times, they kept saying we will have someone look at it, we just gave up. They did not clean the room the 2nd day. WE requested a maid, they refused.the stairs are locked, you have to take the elevator, and if it is busy in the morning, they make you use it with COVID, they dont care! the sign on stair way says no reentry. ugh! worst please I ever stayed in, and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels

I got what I paid...
Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The continental breakfast was poorly organized. Only one waitress and ran out of coffee, juice and water.

Liked: The waterpark and restaurant were wonderful Staff was as friendly as they are trained to be-
Disliked: The hot tub at the waterpark was broke- The room was really rundown Cleaning came in our room at 9:06am on check out day when check out was 11am. Knocked and came right it with no hesitation and no gesture of letting us know who she was prior to entering- my children were getting dressed. Absolutely no regard to safety. Informed front desk- GM was out of the location and unavailable- housekeeping called and apologized for the lady and said they are not supposed to knock til 11am. Just a mess and would not recommend for a family. It?s unfortunate as we travel often. Still waiting for a call from the GM.
